The present invention relates to a license plate recognition system by using a push notification message, a convergence communication system and a service method of a global positioning service. The present invention comprises: a request terminal (10) which requests transmission of a push notification message; a reception terminal (20) which receives the push notification message; and a push notification message service server (30) with a message processing unit (35) which transmits a request signal to the outside to perform communication between the request terminal (10) and the reception terminal (20). The present invention had an advantage of allowing the request terminal to conveniently input information for the reception terminal and perform communication.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
