The present invention relates to a dual suture needle set for treating hair loss, comprising: a suture thread made up of a plurality of strands including a gold yarn; a first suture needle into which one end of the suture thread is inserted; and a second suture needle into which the other end of the suture thread is inserted. On one end of the first and the second suture needle, a needle part is provided, whereas an installation groove having a certain depth is formed on the other end so that the suture thread can be inserted into. In addition, the first and the second suture needle also includes a bent part bent in a specific angle respectively while having each different length.
