The present invention relates to an integrated image monitoring system based on an IoT camera. The integrated image monitoring system of the present invention comprises a number of IoT camera units capable of detecting event occurrence by analyzing an image photographed by the camera while supporting communication and an integrated management server connected to a communication network in order to perform communication with the IoT camera units. The IoT camera unit comprises: a memory part where information as to surrounding IoT camera units is recorded in a surrounding IoT camera list file; and a terminal control part which detects event occurrence from the image photographed by the camera, and transmits an integrated monitoring request message requesting tracking of an object corresponding to event occurrence information from the surrounding IoT camera units registered in the memory part through a communication part if the detected event occurrence information corresponds to an integrated monitoring condition. The integrated image monitoring system based on the IoT camera provides the advantage of easy monitoring extendibility while mitigating calculation load of the integrated management server since each IoT camera unit detects an event related with an accident and can trace a tracking target object while networking with each other.
