The present invention relates to a system and a method for analyzing a human error tendency based on a recurrence period. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a human error collection unit collecting human error data to classify the same into each human error source; a human error analysis unit analyzing an average recurrence period, correlation, and a tendency by human error cause; and an analysis result output unit reporting a visualized tendency with respect to frequent human error causes and/or the frequent human error causes based on the average recurrence period, the correlation, and/or the tendency.
