The present invention relates to a parallel particle-based fluid simulation system and a method thereof. The method comprises: (a) a step of dividing a calculation area of fluid into cells in a grid shape; (b) a step of searching for a neighboring particle of each particle by cell unit; (c) a step of arranging the searched neighboring information based on the cell, which the corresponding particle belongs to; (d) a step of calculating force applied to the particles based on the arranged neighboring information; and (e) a step of updating particle information by reflecting the calculated force.
