According to a variable air volume air conditioning system where a variable air volume diffuser independently controlling an air volume by having an indoor temperature sensor operated by a phase change of a deformation substance and having a driving device without power or a pneumatic switch which are provided to the inside of each device is directly exposed to an indoor space to be operated, the present invention relates to an automatic central control system for remotely controlling a thermally powered variable air volume diffuser, monitoring the indoor temperature at a distant place and a central control system and setting the desired temperature in the distant place and the central control system to provide an indoor air conditioning environment desired by a user. A resistive heating wire is installed in a thermal sensor integrated driving device, and weak currents of multiple stages are supplied to the resistive heating wire through a remote controller to generate slight heat of multiples stages. Such then, the slight heat supplied to the resistive heating wire is controlled as much as a difference between the indoor temperature and the set temperature among the slight heat of multiple stages when the set temperature is remotely inputted in accordance with the sensed indoor temperature, thereby controlling an air volume through the air volume control unit in order to form the indoor air conditioning environment desired by the user.
