According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for managing a server abnormal condition comprises: a step of setting a site-related limit time for a customer in accordance with technical insurance associated with the customer; a step of notifying a site-supporting group assigned to the customer about the abnormal condition and the site-related limit time if there is the abnormal condition about a customer database server; and a step of collecting supporting condition information about the customer database server for the site-supporting group.
