The present invention relates to a building fire section-specific disaster prevention control system. The building fire section-specific disaster prevention control system includes: fire detection units installed in partitioned fire zones and detecting the occurrence of fires in the respective fire zones; a central monitoring unit electrically connected to the fire detection unit, a fire detection signal being transmitted from the fire detection unit to the central monitoring unit; a determination unit installed on a signal line for connection between the fire detection unit and the central monitoring unit and determining whether the fire detection signal is a normal signal or an abnormal signal by determining whether or not the fire detection signal transmitted through the signal line is in accordance with the preset normal signal; and an alternative signal unit transmitting the fire detection signal determined as the abnormal signal as a preset alternative fire detection signal for a set period of time in a case where the determination unit determines that the fire detection signal is the abnormal signal.
