The present invention relates to an application code concealment apparatus using a dummy code and an application code concealment method using the same. The application code concealment apparatus comprises: a major code division unit which divides an application code into a major code and a general code, the latter different from the major code; a major code retriever generation unit which generates a major code retriever configured to retrieve the major code; a code analysis unit which analyzes the major code; a dummy code generation unit which generates a dummy code corresponding to the major code; a code encryption unit which encrypts the major code; a code disposal unit which disposes the dummy code and the encrypted major code, and which generates information about locations of the dummy code and the encrypted major code; a code decryptor generation unit which generates a code decryptor configured to decrypt the encrypted major code; a loader generation unit which generates a loader configured to load the decrypted major code and the dummy code into memory; a decrypted code retriever generation unit which generates a decrypted code retriever configured to retrieve the decrypted major code loaded within the memory; and an unloader generation unit which generates an unloader configured to release the dummy code and the decrypted major code from the memory during execution of the decrypted major code.
