METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MEAT BROTH USING GRAVIOLA AND MEAT BROTH USING GRAVIOLA FOR BOSSAM GALBITANG SOONDAE SOUP OR JOKBAL MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for producing a graviola broth, and a graviola broth produced thereby for napa cabbage wraps with pork, short rib soup, noodles with Korean sausage, or pigs feet. According to the present invention, the method for producing the graviola broth comprises the following steps: a step (S100) of washing raw leaves, stalks, and fruits of graviola; a step (S200) of drying raw leaves of graviola; a step (S210) of producing a raw leaf extract of graviola; a step (S300) of grinding, washing, and soaking the stalks of graviola; a step (S310) of heating the stalks of graviola at a high temperature with high pressure; a step (S400) of drying the fruits of graviola; a step (S410) of producing a fruit extract of graviola; a step (S500) of mixing the extracts; and a step (S600) of aging at a low temperature. The method for producing the graviola broth allows a user to intake effective components of graviola, thereby promoting health of the user.
