The present invention relates to a geodetic survey information collection system. More specifically, the present invention is able to safely protect measurement equipment in case of rain to collect accurate geographic information in accordance with a topographical change, and allows a worker to safely perform geodetic survey to enable the geodetic survey to correctly be performed. Moreover, the present invention rapidly and accurately checks and corrects a change in reference point when the reference point is changed, and the measurement equipment is able to stably be fixated while adjusting horizontality thereof in order to be improved to correctly measure a changed topography.
