The present invention relates to a copyrighted article trading service system which enables copyrighted articles, registered by uploaders of the copyrighted articles, to be traded to other people. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the copyrighted article trading service system comprises: a plurality of uploader terminals which are used by copyrighted article uploaders, who register copyrighted articles, and transmit copyrighted articles, created by the copyrighted article uploaders, to a copyrighted article trading server; copyrighted article downloader terminals, which are used by copyrighted article downloaders who download and use the copyrighted article, and download clicked copyrighted article if the copyrighted articles are clicked on a copyrighted article reading webpage provided by the copyrighted article trading server; the copyrighted article trading server which lists content of the copyrighted articles transmitted from each copyrighted article uploader terminal for each field of the copyrighted articles, registers and displays the content of the copyrighted articles on the copyrighted article reading webpage, deducts download points, paid for downloads, from copyrighted article downloaders accumulated points when the downloader terminal downloads the copyrighted article registered on the copyrighted article reading webpage, and settles and pays only points at a predetermined ratio among the deducted download points to the copyrighted article downloader; and a wired and wireless communications network which provides wired communications and wireless communications between the copyrighted article trading server and the copyrighted article uploader terminal and between the copyrighted article trading server and the downloader terminals.
