The present invention relates to a footbridge for reducing vibration which quickly reduces vibration caused by a weight of a pedestrian and an impact and prevents deflection of a girder. According to the present invention, the footbridge for reducing vibration comprises: a girder (100) fixed and installed on one side of a bridge (200); a support frame (300) disposed on an upper portion of the girder (100); a deck plate (400) seated on an upper portion of the support frame (300); and a guardrail post (500) installed on one end of the girder (100) to support safety. A vibration reduction housing (10) is installed on one end of the girder (100). A vibration damper (11) having a prescribed weight, a guide bar (12) to guide a vertical movement of the vibration damper (11), and an upper and a lower spring (13, 14) to support the vertical movement of the vibration damper (11) by a prescribed elastic force are disposed in the vibration reduction housing (10). A tension wire (110) is connected to the girder (100) in a longitudinal direction. A turnbuckle (120) is connected to a center of the tension wire (110) to adjust wire tension.
