The present invention relates to an eco-friendly ready-mixed concrete composition and a production method thereof. The composition comprises a strength enhancing agent and a harmful material reducing agent in a mixture of mixing an aggregate, a binder, water and an admixture. The reduction of initial strength depending on reducing cement usage can be improved, the generation of harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium and heavy metals can be reduced, and the composition can be used for structures such as apartments, buildings, and detached houses.
