The present invention relates to an acupuncture device that irradiates a needle acupuncture site with ultraviolet rays after the needle acupuncture site is confirmed. More particularly, the acupuncture device confirms the needle acupuncture site with an instrument using a fiber optic endoscope principle and connected to a beam needle device, allows the beam needle device to invade the surface of skin corresponding to the confirmed needle acupuncture site, and irradiates the invaded part with the ultraviolet rays. The present invention further includes a medicine needle liquid injection device capable of medicine needle liquid injection. In this acupuncture device according to the present invention, the medicine needle liquid is injected after the beam needle device comes into contact with the target needle acupuncture site with accuracy via the instrument using the fiber optic endoscope principle. A light source device of the present invention is provided with a light changing unit that is capable of frequently changing and emitting ultraviolet rays and white light moving toward a tip of the beam needle device through an optical fiber, is provided with a light adjusting unit that is capable of adjusting the intensity of the light and the length of time of the emission, and thus the light can be changed and the intensity of the light and the length of time of the emission can be adjusted.
