The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody against serum amyloid A and a hybridoma cell producing the same. Hybridoma cells (10G1 and 1H1) according to the present invention and monoclonal antibodies produced therefrom exhibit higher levels of serum amyloid A antigen (SAA1 and SAA2) in the serum of lung cancer patients than in normal human serum. Therefore, the hybridoma cells (10G1 and 1H1) of the present invention and the monoclonal antibodies produced therefrom have high binding specificity to the serum amyloid A antigens (SAA1 and SAA2).;
