The present invention relates to a plant growing jetting hose for supplying water to a plant. The plant growing jetting hose comprises a rotation generating device (200) installed in each of jetting holes (102) formed at intervals in a hose (100), and having a rotation generating unit formed as a tube on the outer surface of the tube to apply rotation force to the flow of water jetted to an external space from an internal space of the hose (100). The rotation generating unit comprises: a rotation space (212) formed inside of the hose (100) at the bottom of the jetting hole (102) to have a predetermined height; and a hiding wall (210) having a rotation force applying route (214) which is a horizontal direction pathway for horizontally moving water fed from the internal space of the hose (100) to the rotation space (212). The rotation force applying route (214) is oriented toward a point separated from the center of the rotation space (212), and generates rotation force in water fed to the rotation space (212) through the rotation force applying route (214) to make the water jetted to the jetting holes (102).
