The present invention relates to an intestinal fistula assistance device with a cap which can be applied to intestinal fistula in various sizes. According to the present invention, an evacuation pocket having an inflow hole in which urine and feces flow is fixed to be detachable on a cap attached on an adhesive pad covering a skin protection pad and attached to the skin. The skin protection pad can adjust the size of through holes according to the size of intestinal fistula and can be applied to various users. Also, the used evacuation pad can be easily replaced and then hygienically used.
