The present invention relates to a data synchronization system between ships based on geo-casting, in which a data synchronization between groups within a specific region is supported through geo-casting, and a content of the data is prevented from being decrypted when a user is excluded from the group even though the user is present in a specific region, thus the data is prevented from being exposed during the synchronization, thereby securing safety. The system includes a broadcast data management server (100) provided on a land for dividing broadcast data outputted through a marine broadcast terminal device into blocks, generating a hash value for each of the divided block data, combining and storing the generated hash value with the block data, encrypting the block data combined with the hash value by using an encryption key, and sending out the encrypted block data; and marine broadcast terminal devices (200) provided on the ships and stored therein with the primary key to receive the encrypted block data and synchronize the received block data by using the primary key, thereby performing the broadcast. Accordingly, the synchronization between ships is achieved based on the geo-casting.
