The present invention relates to an artificial hold for sports climbing provided with a clamping force reinforcing means and a broken piece escape prevention means. The clamping force reinforcing means is applied to a back face of an artificial rock wall panel for installation. Then, an artificial hold clamping tool is brought into close contact thereon. Then, an artificial hold main body portion is coupled with a front face of the artificial rock wall panel. Subsequently, an artificial hold binding member is bound. As a result, a pressing force is generated by the artificial hold binding member and the clamping force reinforcing means flows into a plurality of through-holes formed in the artificial hold clamping tool and is hardened in a state where it is exposed to the outside. Accordingly, a clamping force between the artificial hold clamping tool and the artificial hold main body portion can be reinforced. According to the present invention, a broken piece does not escape to the outside and is bound inside by the broken piece escape prevention means even when the artificial hold is partially damaged. Accordingly, an accident attributable to the broken piece can be prevented.
