The present invention relates to a Hi-pass toll gate system. The Hi-pass toll gate system includes: a toll gate entry information collection unit which collects toll gate entry information regarding the flow of vehicles entering one or more Hi-pass toll gates; a traffic flow information obtaining unit which obtains the traffic flow information regarding the flow of the vehicles within a predetermined section from the Hi-pass toll gates; a processor which uses the traffic information and the toll gate entry information to generate congestion indicators displaying the degree of the traffic flow congestion including the flow information of the vehicles entering the individual Hi-pass toll gates, and uses the congestion indicators to generate vehicle entry guide signals; and an entry guide information providing unit which transmits the entry guide signals generated by the processor to a wireless terminal attempting to enter the Hi-pass toll gate to provide the Hi-pass toll gate entry guide information including the traffic flow information of the Hi-pass toll gate.
