The present invention relates to a system and a method to promote product sales, capable of increasing assets of a user through the consumption of other members by distributing a partial profit margin to a purchaser as well as other members having more cyber money than the purchaser. The present invention includes: a product payment part making payment for a product through a terminal of a purchaser; a member account part allocated to a member of the product sale promotion system and accumulating cyber money; a ranking calculating part confirming distribution rankings depending on the amount of the cyber money accumulated in the member account part; and a dividend distributing part distributing a part of a dividend, obtained by multiplying the payment amount by a dividend distribution ratio after the payment, to the purchaser as cyber money and then distributing the rest of the dividend to at least one part of higher members in the rankings as cyber money.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
