A surgical guide manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention is an apparatus for manufacturing a surgical guide that guides a cutting line formed to surround a tumor of the organ and includes: an organ modeling unit performing three-dimensional image modeling with respect to the organ based on an image of a patient captured by an external imaging device; a cutting line determination unit determining the cutting line and a cutting line access angle of the surgical instrument to correspond to the position of the tumor in the three-dimensional image of the organ; and a guide manufacturing unit manufacturing the surgical guide guiding the surgical instrument at an angle to the cutting line and to correspond to the cutting line access angle based on the three-dimensional image of the organ. According to the surgical guide of the present invention, the surgical instrument can be guided to the position of the cutting line of the organ and the cutting angle and cutting depth of the surgical instrument moved to an inside portion of the organ can be guided, and thus damage to normal tissues can be minimized during incision of the inside portion of the organ. In addition, the incision procedure can be conducted by the surgical instrument sliding in contact with a guide wall in a state where the surgical guide is mounted on the organ by a surgeon, and thus the procedure can be safe and convenient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
