The present invention relates to a ring oscillator having a differential output structure. According to the present invention, provided is the ring oscillator having a differential output structure, the ring oscillator comprising: an inverter chain which includes first and second inverters connected in series; a first P-type transistor in which an output signal of the first inverter is applied to a gate thereof, and a first terminal of which receives first power; a second N-type transistor in which an output signal of the second inverter is applied to a gate thereof, a first terminal of which receives second power lower than the first power, and which feeds a signal, output via a second terminal thereof, back to an input terminal of the first inverter; and an inductor in which first and second terminals are connected to respective second terminals of the first and second transistors, and which outputs a differential signal via the first and second terminals. According to the ring oscillator having a differential output structure, a circuit having a PMOS-inductor-NMOS structure is connected to a rear end of a single inverter chain when the ring oscillator having a differential output structure is implemented in a form of a 3D integrated circuit. Accordingly, provided are advantages in which complexity of a circuit can be reduced relative to that of an existing ring oscillator requiring two inverter chains, in which the ring oscillator can have a simple structure, in which an area of a circuit can be reduced by decreasing the number of used transistors, and in which production costs can be reduced.
