Rapid and simultaneous analysis for hydroxyphermine phentermine and mephentermine

The present invention relates to a method for rapid and simultaneous analysis of hydroxy phentermine, phentermine, and mephentermine. The present invention includes: a preprocessing step of removing an analysis-interfering substance from a urine sample by using ultra-high-speed centrifugation; a step of diluting the sample after the centrifugation; and a step of separating and detecting the diluted sample by liquid chromatography equipped with a detector. Phentermine-d_5 is used as an internal standard substance and up to 4.8 minutes is provided as the retention time of the hydroxy phentermine, phentermine, mephentermine, and the internal standard substance in the separation step. According to the present invention, whether phentermine has been abused or not can be quickly determined.
