The present invention relates to a system of preventing various accidents for a transformer capable of reducing man-hour and increasing service life the transformer. The system of preventing various accidents for a transformer comprises: a collecting module which records quantitative data which is classified into categories according to external factors such as internal temperature, humidity and load as well as weather in areas in which transformers have been installed, and internal factors such as the manufacturer of parts, quality status, number of inspections and inspection history, and records causes of accidents based on the causal relationship between external and internal factors depending on accident types, and operation information on operating power, an external appearance, and ambient temperature and humidity of all components constituting the managed transformer; an analysis module calculating the number of malfunctions by components, a component which frequently malfunctions before an accident, and a major component satisfying seriousness that generally spreads at the time of malfunction based on the quantitative data; an evaluation module selecting a dangerous component inappropriate for reference information by comparing and analyzing the operation information on the components with normal operation information on the calculated components; and a management module informing of inspection time, inspection tips, and replacement time of the components based on the recorded accident factors by predicting a potential malfunction according to an accident type corresponding to the operation information based on the quantitative data corresponding to the selected components.
