The present invention relates to a highly chromium-based white cast iron alloy material which has excellent abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance, and strength. The highly chromium-based white cast iron alloy material comprises: 15.0-30.0 wt% of chromium (Cr); 2.0-3.5 wt% of carbon (C); 1.0-2.0 wt% of molybdenum (Mo); not greater than 2.0 wt% but not less than 0 wt% of silicon (Si); not greater than 1.0 wt% but not less than 0 wt% of manganese (Mn); not greater than 1.0 wt% but not less than 0 wt% of nickel (Ni); not greater than 0.03 wt% but not less than 0.02 wt% of phosphorus (P); not greater than 0 wt% but not less than 0.02 wt% of sulfur (S); 1.0-1.1% wt% of copper (Cu); 0.4-0.5 wt% of vanadium (V); 0.2-0.4 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.2-0.4 wt% of tungsten (W); and the remaining consisting of iron (Fe) and other unavoidable impurities. The highly chromium-based white cast iron alloy material is able to adjust the metal elements and composition included in a highly chromium-based alloy cast iron to add a metallic matrix supporting a carbide phase, and ensures excellent mechanical properties by enhancing abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance, and strength through controlling the deposition shape of the process carbides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
