The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for calculating the heat transmission coefficient of a building structure provided with a reflective hollow layer to calculate a heat transmission coefficient of a building structure provided with a reflective hollow layer. The apparatus for calculating the heat transmission coefficient of a building structure provided with the reflective hollow layer comprises: In accordance with a hollow layer design position of a building provided with a reflective insulator, the building structure includes Case 1 of an upward heat transmission direction horizontal roof, Case 2 of a upward inclination heat transmission direction upward inclination roof, Case 3 of a horizontal heat transmission direction vertical wall body, Case 4 of a downward inclination heat transmission direction downward inclination roof, and Case 5 of a downward heat transmission direction horizontal bottom. The apparatus comprises: an input unit which receives one or more of indoor and outdoor temperatures and indoor and outdoor heat transmission rates of both sides of a structure, a structure material thermal resistance value, and a separation distance, a heat flow direction, and an effective radiation rate of a hollow layer of the structure for each case; a primary structure boundary temperature calculation unit which calculates a structure material boundary temperature and a hollow layer boundary temperature after assuming a heat resistance value of the hollow layer; a hollow resistance value calculation unit which calculates a heat resistance value of the hollow layer by using the structure material boundary temperature and the boundary temperature of the hollow layer until structure material temperature deviation total of a current order (j order) and a previous order (j-1 order) is equal to or less than a reference value, repeating the calculating for the structure material boundary temperature again by using the calculated hollow layer heat resistance value, and calculating a heat resistance value of an n-order hollow layer in which the temperature deviation total is equal to or less than a reference value as a heat resistance value of the hollow layer; and a heat transmission coefficient calculation unit which calculates the heat transmission coefficient of the structure by using the hollow layer heat resistance value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
