The present invention relates to a repairing device for a playground and a repairing method for a playground using the same. According to the present invention, the repairing device for a playground includes: a main frame (100) forming a frame and moving in a predetermined direction by an external force; a mixing unit (120, 125) installed in the main frame (100) and mixing a surface layer while moving the main frame (100) by being inserted into the surface layer as the mixing unit (120, 125) protrudes to the ground surface; a leveling unit (140, 145) leveling the surface layer mixed by the mixing unit (120, 125) while moving the main frame (100) by being inserted into the surface layer, wherein the leveling unit (140, 145) is installed in rear of the mixing unit (120, 125) in a moving direction of the main frame (100); and a flattening device (150) installed in rear of the leveling unit (140, 145) in the moving direction of the main frame (100) and flattening the height of the surface layer leveled by the leveling unit (140, 145). The repairing device for a playground performs a series of works of mixing and flattening the surface layer which is newly mixed with an existing surface layer during a process of moving the upper part of a playground.
