The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling an individual indoor environment using a building automatic control network (BACnet) and the internet of things. The system for controlling an individual indoor environment using a building automatic control network and the internet of things comprises: an integrated control unit to automatically control a building; an individual control unit which exchanges information with the integrated control unit via a building automatic control network (BACnet), and is installed in each individual indoor space; an operating device which is operated based on control information received from the individual control unit and changes indoor environment information between the individual indoor spaces; a sensing unit to measure indoor environment information including an indoor temperature and an indoor fine dust concentration of the individual indoor spaces to exchange information with the individual control unit; and a smart terminal possessed by an occupant in the individual indoor space, and connected to the individual control unit via the internet of things to bidirectionally exchange information with the individual control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
