The present invention relates to a pyrolysis method of lignin using a catalyst and, more specifically, to a method for producing bio-oil from lignin through two-step catalytic pyrolysis. In a first reaction, a natural zeolite (NZ) low valent acid-base catalyst is used. In a second modification reaction, HZSM-5 is used. According to the method for producing bio-oil, inactivation of HZSM-5 caused by coke sedimentation can be inhibited, and production efficiency for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) is excellent.
