The dredging suction and sand discharge unification dredging apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a buoyant hull (10); an excavator (20) which is mounted on a deck of the buoyant hull, and includes a cutter (26) crushing underwater ground, an arm connected to the cutter, and a boom (22) connected to the arm; a dredged soil inflow pipe (30) which has a pipe shape, and one side of which is connected to the front end of the arm of the excavator and an inflow end of the other side of which corresponds to the periphery of the cutter; a dredged soil discharge pipe, one side of which is connected to the boom of the excavator and the other side is connected to the land; and a pump (50) which sucks and discharges the dredged soil through the inside of the discharge pipe.
