The present invention discloses a fluid valve system and a fluid valve for high-speed generation of cyclic detonation waves. The fluid valve system of the present invention includes: a propellant mixing tube; a combustor tube connected to the propellant mixing tube such that the combustor tube communicates with the propellant mixing tube, and having a spark plug for igniting a propellant mixture; and a fluid valve interposed between the propellant mixing tube and the combustor tube, wherein the fluid valve may include a porous disk having a plurality of porosities through which the propellant mixture mixed in the propellant mixing tube passes.
