A three-phase inverter voltage control apparatus and method for a stand-alone microgrid are disclosed. A three-phase inverter voltage control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a converter for converting a three-phase load voltage of a three-phase inverter into a d-q axis; A harmonic compensation controller for compensating an even-numbered harmonic component with respect to the three-phase load voltage converted into the d-q axis and generating a first signal with the even-numbered harmonic components compensated; A fundamental wave voltage compensation controller for compensating a fundamental wave voltage for the three-phase load voltage converted into the d-q axis and generating a second signal for which the fundamental wave voltage is compensated; And a control signal generator for receiving the first signal and the second signal and generating a control signal for controlling a load voltage of the three-phase inverter based on the received first signal and the second signal .
