The present invention relates to a composition for reducing harmful materials in an asphalt mixture, and to a method for reducing harmful materials in an asphalt mixture using the same. The composition for reducing the harmful materials in the asphalt mixture comprises a composite, including zeolite impregnated with metal hydroxide, to decrease a manufacture or construction temperature of the asphalt mixture. Therefore, the present invention can reduce a generation amount of the harmful materials, as well as adsorb generated harmful materials or decompose generated harmful materials through an oxidation-reduction reaction, thereby having superior effects of reducing the harmful ingredients emitted from the asphalt mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
