The present invention relates to an adaptive cooperative communication system using pre-coding and a cooperative communication method using the same. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: determining a location of a reception terminal with respect to a first base station within a first cell; estimating, by the reception terminal, first and second relay terminals within the first cell, and first to third channels corresponding to the first base station when the reception terminal is located within a reference range from the first base station; generating first feedback information based on a phase difference between the first and second channels, and generating second feedback information based on a phase difference between a synthetic channel, which is acquired between the first channel and the second channel to which a pre-coding vector corresponding to the first feedback information is applied, and the third channel; transmitting the first feedback information to the first or second relay terminal, and transmitting the second feedback information to the first and second relay terminals; and receiving a first signal from the base station, and receiving a demodulated first signal considering the pre-coding vector corresponding to the first or second feedback information from the first and second relay terminals. According to the present invention, effect of a path loss and inter-cell interference occurring in a wireless communication environment is reduced, and the reliability of the reception terminal located in a cell border is raised without deteriorating performance of the terminals within an adjacent cell.
