The present invention relates to a sweet bean jelly, a manufacturing method thereof and a sweet bean jelly package. More specifically, the manufacturing method of a sweet bean jelly comprises the following steps of: (a) mixing agar, sugar and salt in water and heating the mixture; (b) adding bean jam filling to the mixture of the step (a) and heating the same; (c) heating and stirring the mixture while adding konjac powder to the mixture of the step (b); (d) coating a surface coating liquid on the inside of a sweet bean jelly mold frame; and (e) injecting the mixture of the step (c) into the sweet bean jelly mold frame of the step (c), and molding and surface-coating the same, wherein the surface coating liquid is obtained by mixing agar, sugar and salt in water and heating the mixture. According to the present invention, the texture and surface gloss of a sweet bean jelly are improved to increase the preference of the sweet bean jelly, thereby promoting consumption of the sweet bean jelly. In addition, the present invention provides effects of enhancing the designability of a sweet bean jelly package to promote the consumption of the sweet bean jelly and sealing the package to enhance the preservability of the sweet bean jelly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
