The present invention relates to an article securing structure for drone delivery, which is mounted to deliver the same article to multiple locations or deliver multiple articles one at a time during delivery using a drone, and a drone having the same and, more specifically, relates to an article securing means for drone delivery and a drone having the same on a part of the body, wherein the securing means is able to fix and separate a delivery article to and from a part of a drone body which is a flight unit capable of wireless flight and comprises: a pinion gear connected to a motor; a movement having a rack gear unit corresponding to the pinion gear configured in an upper portion thereof and an open accommodation groove formed at a lower portion thereof; and a base coupled to the movement to determine opening and closing of the accommodation groove. Since the drone according to the present invention can deliver the same article to multiple locations or deliver multiple articles one at a time, the disadvantage of a drone having a time constraint of a single flight can be solved and the time for replacing/charging a battery or replenishing fuel after a single flight is saved, thereby providing significant utilization in relief and rescue fields.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
