The present invention provides an extra-oral orthodontic device, which puts a resistance source of an orthodontic force against a set of teeth or a jawbone out of the mouth and a cushion set therefor. The extra-oral orthodontic device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an extra-oral strap wearable around the head or the neck to support the orthodontic force against the set of teeth or the jawbone out of the mouth; an orthodontic force generating unit supported by the extra-oral strap; and a strap cushion provided to be attachable to or detachable from the extra-oral strap for alleviating pressure caused by the extra-oral strap. The strap cushion includes: a cushion base coupled to be attachable to or detachable from the extra-oral strap; and a divided cushion having a plurality of sections divided from the cushion base. The present invention can alleviate the pressure caused by the extra-oral strap, solve or minimize displeasure caused by sweat and a problem such pollution of the strap, be hygienically used and prevent damage to soft tissues caused by usage thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
