The present invention relates to flexible colonoscopy for large intestine internal shape recognition using inertial sensor capable of precise and safe measurement, and a large intestine internal shape recognition method thereof. The flexible colonoscopy for large intestine internal shape recognition using inertial sensor according to the present invention comprises: at least two IMU sensors; an MCU collecting a serial peripheral interface (SPI) signal for acceleration and direction received from each IMU sensor; and a directional signal correction module performing a directional correction on the signal and transmitting the corrected value to the MCU so that the MCU displays the value on a terminal for screen display through a controller area network (CAN).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
