The present invention relates to a composition of vintage type floor finishing materials, to a method for manufacturing the vintage type floor finishing materials, and to a method for constructing the floor of a building using the same. The composition of vintage type floor finishing materials comprises: a first composition forming a bottom mortar layer located on base concrete; a second composition forming a polymer layer located on an upper part of the bottom mortar layer; and a third composition forming a coating layer located on an upper part of the polymer layer, thereby providing a vintage effect of natural and various patterns to the building.
