The present invention relates to a culture medium for increasing growth induction and anti-oxidative activity of Rosa hybrida callus, and a culture method of Rosa hybrida using the same and, more specifically, to a culture medium which improves callus induction and growth of Rosa hybrida callus and can induce Rosa hybrida callus having excellent anti-oxidative ability, and to a method for cultivating Rosa hybrida callus using the same.
