The present invention relates to a spun-bonded non-woven fabric for a vertical drainage filter and a manufacturing method for the same. According to the present invention, a web is formed as first element polyester in which a fusion point thereof is 250C or greater and second element polyester in which the fusion point is less than 230C are radiated as a caisson-formed fiber. The formed web passes through between emboss rolls and is formed of a non-woven fabric in a sheet shape by thermocompression bonding. The first element polyester becomes a core element, and the second element polyester becomes a base element. A thermocompression bonding condition of the emboss rolls is 60 Kg which is 10 kg lower than a normal pressure condition in upper and lower rolls. The temperature of the upper and lower rolls is 10-20C lower than a normal temperature. The upper and lower rolls thermocompress the web at the temperature of 190-200C and 185-185C. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for the same manufactures the non-woven fabric by thermocompressing the fiber obtained by radiating a polymer of predetermined composition under a predetermined condition out of an existing thermocompression method. So, a binding force between the fibers is released, and tearing strength is remarkably improved in comparison with a product manufactured by a general thermocompression method while maintaining an effective blow hole size. Also, the non-woven fabric for a vertical drainage filter has excellent tensile strength in comparison with a product manufactured by a hot-air bonding method. The manufacturing method for the same can provide the non-woven fabric corresponding to a requirement of a constructor, thereby solving an existing problem.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
