Disclosed is a scheduler for a power trade based on a genetic algorithm. The scheduling method of a power trade, according to one embodiment, comprises the steps of: receiving power sales information from a plurality of electric vehicles which want to sell power; generating candidate vectors according to the genetic algorithm on the basis of the power sales information; evaluating a quality of fit for each of the candidate vectors; repeating a genetic operation for the candidate vectors on the basis of the quality of fit; and determining approval information on electric vehicles which may approve a selling request among the electric vehicles on the basis of a final vector evolved by the repeating of the genetic operation.
