The present invention relates to a portable smart digital measurement instrument to measure urine sodium (Na) and potassium (K) using a chemiluminescence method; and a measurement method thereof. More specifically, the measurement instrument comprises: a sensing unit detecting Na and K included in urine using the chemiluminescence method; a control unit analyzing and processing chemiluminescent amounts detected by the sensing unit; and a display unit displaying a result analyzed and processed by the control unit.
