The present invention relates to a portable smart digital measurement instrument to measure urine sodium (Na) and potassium (K) using a chemiluminescence method; and a measurement method thereof. More specifically, the measurement instrument comprises: a sensing unit detecting Na and K included in urine using the chemiluminescence method; a control unit analyzing and processing chemiluminescent amounts detected by the sensing unit; and a display unit displaying a result analyzed and processed by the control unit. According to the portable smart digital measurement instrument to measure the urine Na and K using the chemiluminescence method and the measurement method thereof in the present invention, the Na and K included in the urine of a patient are measured by the chemiluminescence method using aptamers and analyzed and processed by the control unit. As a result, the patient is able to check a content of Na and K included in the urine quantitatively and easily at reasonable costs in a short time; and through this, estimate a quantity of intake of Na and K per day quantitatively and easily, which is helpful for healthcare. In addition, the measurement instrument is convenient to carry and exchanges data with a PHS server through a communications unit, thus direct measurement and checking are possible any time and at any place without restrictions on time and place. Moreover, it is possible to provide a remote medical service through U-health care; reduce a burden to visit a hospital, and improve convenience.
