Mushroom ( Inonotusthere is provided a composition for inhibiting neuraminidase activity comprising an ethyl acetate fraction fractionated from an obliquus fruity body extract as an active ingredient. The present invention provides a composition for inhibiting neuraminidase activity, which contains, as an active ingredient, a mushroom solvent extract, a fraction and a compound of a specific structural formula separated therefrom. The composition according to the present invention inhibits the activity of neuraminidase, which is present on the surface of influenza virus and functions as a vital for viral replication, thereby preventing the influenza virus from diffusing into other cells in the respiratory tract.
