The present invention relates to an apparatus for determining a time-space weight value of an array antenna for GPS anti-jamming, comprising: an antenna unit for wirelessly transmitting or receiving an electromagnetic wave; an RF down-conversion unit for down-converting a signal received from the antenna unit into an analog signal of an intermediate frequency band or a base frequency band; an A/D converter for converting the down-converted analog signal through the RF down-conversion unit into a digital signal; and a processor for processing the signal converted by the A/D conversion unit. The processor includes: a time-space input vector generating unit for generating a time-space input vector by using the N number of digital signals converted by the A/D converter; a correlation matrix estimator for estimating a correlation matrix by using K number of time delay taps and the time-space input vector generated by the time-space input vector generating unit; a time-space constraint condition setting unit for setting a constraint condition for a constraint condition column vector F and a constraint condition matrix C to obtain optimal weight values for the multiple antenna elements; and an optimal weight value calculating unit for calculating optimal weight values for the multiple antenna elements based on the correlation matrix from the correlation matrix estimation unit and the constraint condition matrix C and the constraint condition column vector F from the time-space constraint condition setting unit.
