The present invention relates to a regular power supply apparatus using photovoltaic generation, changing an installation angle and an installation direction of a photovoltaic module in response to a direction change of the sun by time zone, and directly supplying or accumulating electricity generated through photovoltaic generation, to regularly supply power. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a photovoltaic device to produce electricity through the photovoltaic generation; a battery charged by receiving the electricity produced from the photovoltaic device; and an electric device operated by connecting to the battery to receive the charged electricity. The photovoltaic device comprises: a fixated frame installed in a direction perpendicular to the installation surface and having a polygonal inner surface; and a support frame capable of being detachably attached to the fixated frame and having a polygonal outer surface corresponding to the polygonal shape of the fixated frame.
