The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating allergic dermatitis, which comprises a complex extract of fusarium and broiler chickens. The combined extracts of the flaxseed and broiler chicks of the present invention can effectively prevent skin edema induced by an allergenic substance, and thus have an effect of preventing or treating allergic dermatitis.
