The present invention provides a floating body for preventing harmful algae, which comprises: a hollow floating body; a first layer structure installed in a lower end outside the floating body, wherein a permeable film is inserted; a second layer structure installed in a lower end inside the floating body, wherein an impermeable film is inserted; and a pipe arranged between the first layer structure and the second layer structure, and absorbing concentrated harmful algae to be guided to a filter press to purify the concentrated harmful algae.
